These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all orders placed on the website www.babanono.com (hereinafter the “Site”) and concern the products offered for sale by Babanono (hereinafter the “Seller”).
To place an order on the Site, the Customer must complete an online order form and accept the GTCS by ticking the appropriate box. The Customer must complete all mandatory fields on the order form in order for the order to be registered.
The products offered for sale on the Site are available as long as they are visible on the Site and subject to available stocks. If a product is unavailable, the Customer will be informed by email as soon as possible and may cancel the order or choose another product.
Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and are those in force at the time of ordering. They may be modified at any time without notice. Delivery charges are not included in product prices and are indicated separately on the order form.
Payment for products and delivery costs is due immediately upon ordering. Payment is made online by credit card or PayPal.
Products ordered are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer on the order form. Delivery times are indicated on the Site and are given for information only. The Vendor cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery attributable to carriers or to any other event beyond its control.
Customers are invited to check the condition of their parcel and the contents of their order on delivery. In the event of defect or non-conformity of the products, the Customer must inform the Vendor within 14 days of receipt of the order, indicating his contact details, the order number and the reason for the defect or non-conformity. The Vendor undertakes to replace or refund the defective or non-conforming products.
Customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a refund for the products purchased. To exercise this right, the Customer must inform the Vendor by e-mail at [adresse email], indicating his contact details, the order number and the reason for the return. The Customer must return the products in their original packaging and in perfect condition to the following address: [adresse du siège de l’entreprise]. Return shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the products by the Vendor.
The Vendor guarantees that the products conform to the description on the Site and are free from hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity of a product, the Customer may request replacement or reimbursement.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages such as loss of profits, loss of sales, loss of clientele, or any other financial loss.
The content of the Site, including text, images, photographs, logos and trademarks, is the exclusive property of the Vendor or of third parties who have authorized the Vendor to use it. Any unauthorized use of the Site content is prohibited and may result in legal action.
The Vendor undertakes to protect the Customer’s privacy and personal data in accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data. The Customer may consult the Seller’s privacy policy on the Site.
The Vendor reserves the right to modify the GCS at any time. The terms and conditions applicable are those in force at the time the order is placed.
The GCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
