Customized products:
Please note that personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Each personalized creation is unique and made especially for you, making it impossible to resell. Thank you for your understanding.
Non-customized products:
For all non-personalized items purchased on our site, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it and request an exchange or refund.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the returns procedure above and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or damaged items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at salut@babanono.com or by telephone on 07 82 08 98 92. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly and to your satisfaction.
