Shipping and Delivery at Babanono

At Babanono, we do our utmost to ensure that you receive your items quickly and in perfect condition. Here’s how we do it:

Preparing your order :

• Orders without personalization: Your items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.
• Customized orders: The creation of your personalized products can take up to 14 days. Your order will therefore be dispatched no later than 14 days after validation.

Delivery times :

Once your order has been shipped, you can expect the following delivery times:

• Standard delivery: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for delivery.
• Delivery in the event of force majeure: Events beyond our control (strikes, bad weather, etc.) may occasionally cause delivery delays. We will do our utmost to keep you informed in the event of exceptional circumstances.

Track your package :

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This enables you to track your package directly on our website.

Delivery charges :

Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of your order and the delivery method you choose. They will be clearly indicated before your order is confirmed.
