Babanono is committed to ensuring that the collection and processing of your data is carried out in a lawful, fair and transparent manner, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the French Data Protection Act of 1978, as amended.

The nullity of a clause does not entail the nullity of the Privacy Policy.
