How do I personalise the wooden Harry Potter teething ring? Enter your baby's name in the field provided at checkout: we engrave it by hand on the beech wood ring. Accented characters are supported: enter the name exactly as you would like it to appear. Numbers and special characters cannot be included.
Is this teething ring safe? Yes: its materials comply with EN 71-3, the standard covering the migration of certain elements in toys. Use it under adult supervision, inspect it regularly and replace it if the wood or the silicone shows signs of wear.
What is it made of and how do I care for it? A ring of natural, untreated beech wood and a food-grade silicone bead, free from BPA, phthalates and cadmium. Wood must never be soaked: simply wipe it with a damp cloth and dry it thoroughly. No dishwasher, no hot sterilising.
From what age can it be used? From the first signs of teething, at around 3 to 4 months, when baby chews and dribbles a lot. Its round shape is easy for little hands to grip. As it contains wood, do not put it in the fridge or the freezer.
